Shay Mitchell

Shay Mitchell has been a Canadian actor, model and business owner for over 10 years. She is best known as Emily Fields from the Freeform TV series Pretty Little Liars. Shay Lo became a popular name for Jennifer Lopez Mitchell fans. While a young girl Shay Lo began to develop an interest in performance arts. She also discussed with her parents about the possibility of going into this field. When she was a star at modeling and dance, she wanted to try to become an actor and started acting lessons in Toronto. Mitchell's big break was following her landing a number of advertisements and guest spots on television shows, Mitchell was offered the role Emily Fields. Her performance was well-received by her acting and by fans. Her next step was to create a name for herself on the screen, by starring in films like Dreamland, Mother's Day and The Possession of Hannah Grace. Together with Michaela Blayne, Mitchell co-authored the adult-oriented novel Bliss.
